Joining Sapphire Technologies in 1993, Robert started his career with the company as an Account Manager at corporate headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. After two years, he was promoted to Branch Manager of the Woburn office where he supervised the IT and Data Processing division.

In 1997, Robert advanced to become a Regional Manager and under his skilled direction, his responsibilities expanded to include management of a new Hartford, Connecticut office. A year later, in 1998, his region grew to encompass Sapphire's National Recruiting Division and the company's Boston office. When appointed as Vice President in 2001, Robert's scope incorporated the company's North Region and the management of DBConcepts, Sapphire’s international recruiting arm; and the strategic development of the company’s off-shore and near-shoring recruiting capabilities. During this time, Robert also assumed responsibility of the Minneapolis, Cleveland, Columbus, and Detroit markets. In 2006, Robert took on the role of Senior Vice President and recently earned the Executive Vice President title. In this capacity, he is instrumental in reinforcing the company’s culture and positioning the organization to sustain economic changes and market fluctuations. During the course of his impressive career at Sapphire, the company has undergone tremendous growth and development with clients in virtually every sector.

Robert graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
