General Benefits
- Payroll/Checks
Payroll is done on a weekly basis. Every Friday, paychecks are distributed/mailed to each employee.
- Overtime
If overtime is approved and paid by the client, DBC will pay overtime to its employees.
- Green Card Sponsorship
DB Concepts will sponsor an employee for a Green Card during their employment, and pays for the PERM and recruitment process.
- H4 Sponsorship
DB Concepts helps married employees in processing of their H-4 papers to bring their spouses into the USA for united family life.
- Vacation
You will accrue two weeks of vacation per year at the rate of 6.67 hours per month from your date of hire.
- Holidays
DB Concepts has eight (8) paid holidays each year, which includes New Year’s, President’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- 401 (k) Retirement Plan
DB Concepts/Randstad U.S. Professionals has a 401(k) plan available through Fidelity Investments. This plan helps you to save for your retirement and helps you provide for a more successful financial future. A DB Concepts employee becomes eligible for the 401(k) plan after completion of 1,000 hours of service without interruption. - Relocation for Project
DB Concepts offers relocation assistance.
- Short and Long-term Disability
The plan indemnifies employees for 60% of weekly salary to a maximum of $1,000 per week. Benefits begin on the first day for accidents and the eighth day for sickness. After 13 weeks, long-term disability takes effect at 60% of basic monthly earnings to a maximum of $10,000 per month until age 65. Additional benefits include telephonic claim filing and ongoing administration, state-of-the-art on-line case management system, electronic fund transfer of benefit payments and social security/return to work assistance. DBC pays 100% of the premiums.

Health Related Benefits
- Healthcare Coverage
Medical insurance is available to all employees. Administered thru CIGNA Healthcare, HMO Open Access includes medical treatment, prescription, eye care coverage and reimbursement of hardware. The employee contributes weekly $37.00 for single coverage, $63.00 for employee + 1 or $88.00 for family health insurance coverage. Employees are advised to read the details of coverage carefully and clarify it with our health insurance administrator if they have any questions.
- Dental Care Coverage
Dental insurance is also available to all employees. Administered thru AETNA, employees have the option of selecting a DMO or PPO plan. Most of the treatment is covered up to 100%. Only some of the treatment, which is rare and expensive, is covered up to 50% or 80% of the cost. The employee contributes weekly $1.15 for single and $2.78 for family dental insurance coverage. Again, employees are advised to read the details of coverage carefully and clarify it with our health insurance administrator if they have any questions.
Employee Referral Bonuses
- Employee Referral Bonuses
If you refer a friend to DBC, and DBC hires that person, you will receive a bonus of $500 for the first referral, $750 for the second, and $1,000 for the third.
